Home wiring

Tags: Technical Media

If you're building a new house, adding an addition onto your current house, or even just having some new wires pulled, please don't forget to add network cables.  I know, I know - what do you need network cables throughout your house for?  Trust me - you never know.  A new laptop in the kitchen perhaps?  VoIP telephone in the basement?  Refer to my previous post about XBMC - you may want to stream digital media to every TV and/or room in the house some day.  You can do this wirelessly too, but it's much easier when you have the walls open to just throw in some network cable too.
